🚚 Delivery Information 

We do our absolute best to make sure your order gets to you quickly, safely, and without any stress.

We charge a flat delivery fee of R99, no matter where you are in South Africa— there are no hidden charges.

📦 How It Works

• Once your order is placed, we’ll pick and pack it within 2 working days.
  
  
• From there, it’s handed over to Aramex.
  
  
• Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 working days, depending on your location.
  

We work with Aramex to ensure we’re using the best and fastest option available at the time.

Please make sure your delivery address is 100% correct when placing your order.

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, it’s very difficult to change the address — so it’s important to double-check before checkout.

📲 Tracking & Communication

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking link via WhatsApp and email. This lets you follow your parcel every step of the way — from our hands to your doorstep.

If you receive an SMS or email asking you to pay additional courier charges, it’s not from us and is very likely a scam. Please do not pay or click any suspicious links. Contact us immediately if you’re unsure.

🔄 30-Day Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident trying Repcillin. Here’s how returns work:

✅ Unopened Products — Changed Your Mind?

No worries! If your product is unopened and unused, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Just make sure the seal is intact and packaging is in good condition.

🛠️ Defective or Wrong Item?

If your item is damaged or if we’ve made a mistake (like sending the wrong product), we’ll make it right. Let us know within 30 days and we’ll arrange a free replacement.

⚠️ Opened & Used Products

If a product has been opened and used, and it’s not damaged, we generally cannot accept returns — this is purely for hygiene and safety reasons.

Everyone’s skin is unique. If you don’t get the outcome you were hoping for, we’re genuinely sorry — but we’re unable to offer refunds for that.

That said, if you have concerns after opening, please contact us — we’ll always try to help on a case-by-case basis.
