Instructions
How to Do a Patch Test
Apply a small amount to clean, healthy skin.
Leave for 24 hours without washing.
If there’s no irritation, you’re good to go! ✅

Step 1: Treat at Night
Product Recommended: Repcillin High Concentrate
Apply a small amount of Repcillin High Concentrate directly to the affected areas of your scalp every night for a good two weeks. Part the hair gently and massage it into the skin — not the hair — focusing on red, itchy, or scaly patches. It’s completely safe for broken skin and can be used as often as needed.
💡 Tip: Don’t worry if your hair looks oily overnight — this is your healing phase. The more consistent your application, the quicker the results.

Step 2: Wash in the Morning
Product Recommended: Repcillin Liquid Soap
On the mornings when you want to rinse your hair, gently wash your scalp with Repcillin Liquid Soap. Lather with warm water and massage into the scalp, then rinse thoroughly.
After rinsing, you can use your normal conditioner on the ends of your hair.
💡 Tip: You don’t have to wash daily — only when you need your hair to look fresh.

Step 3: Maintain
Product Recommended: Repcillin Oil
Once your flare-up starts to calm, use Repcillin Oil as a weekly scalp treatment. Massage a few drops into dry, itchy areas to lock in moisture, reduce tightness, and support skin regeneration.
💡 Tip: You can also use the oil between washes if the scalp feels dry or tight.
Healing Depends on Your Journey
No two scalp psoriasis journeys are the same. Here's what we’ve seen from real clients:
🌟 If your condition is mild or recent,
results can sometimes be seen in just a few days.
🗓️ If you've been struggling for a few months to years,
consistent application for 4–6 weeks is usually needed
(this is how long a full skin regeneration cycle takes).
Many cases improve faster – but healing takes time,
especially if the skin has become dependent on cortisone or medicated shampoos.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will it make my hair look greasy?
Yes — unfortunately, it can. The High Concentrate and Oil are rich, nourishing treatments, and they do leave the hair looking oily. That’s why we recommend applying at night and rinsing in the morning if needed. The short-term shine is worth the long-term healing!
Can I use the Repcillin Liquid Soap if I have blonde or bleached hair?
We don’t recommend using the Liquid Soap on lightened, blonde, or bleached hair, as it contains a mild sulphate that may affect your hair colour or tone. You can still use the High Concentrate treatment at night and rinse with your regular colour-safe shampoo in the morning.
Can I just use the Repcillin Oil instead of the High Concentrate?
It’s best to start with the High Concentrate, especially during flare-ups. The Oil is great for weekly support and dry patches, but it doesn’t have the same strength as the High Concentrate. You’re welcome to try it, but most cases of scalp psoriasis need the stronger formula to settle things down first.
Can I still dye my hair while using Repcillin?
We recommend waiting until your scalp has calmed down before colouring your hair. Hair dye can irritate sensitive or healing skin and may trigger a flare-up. Once your scalp feels strong and clear again, you can go ahead — just do a patch test with the colour first to be safe!
